LSCMS Logistics Photography Competition

NDP Photo Competition
18:31 "This is my country.... This is my flag.... This is my future.... This is my life...." HAPPY NATIONAL DAY NYPPCians!!!! Ok, I'm sure all of you are taking a break during National Day (ND), or maybe some of us are gonna go up to Marina Bay Sands' Skypark to take pics of the fireworks (which is quite a good idea, :p). Well, we've got good news for those who are taking pics of the ND!! Worker's Party Youth Wing (WPYW) is organising a photography competition. The theme is "This is my Singapore", and its aims is to express the hopes, dreams, and aspirations from the country via photography. Photo submission will be end on 15th August 2010, and those interested can e-mail their photos to mysingapore@wp.sg, and stand to win a chance to win the top prize of $150 cash. 23:34 As seen in the previous post, the opening of NYP Shopping Arcade is on the: Date: 12th August Venue: NYP Shopping Arcade Time: 10am We need a few photographers to help cover this event on the 10th and 12th. There'll be a rehearsal also on the 10th August at 10am at NYP Shopping Arcade and photographers are needed to attend the rehearsal too. You'll gain experience in event shooting and it'll be similar to working as a photographer covering an event. So email us with your names ASAP, don't be nervous about shooting an event, try it out! How to join? It's not too late to join us! You just have to send a email to us, saying u wanna join us. Remember to add in ur own particulars... - Name - Date of birth - Admin number - School (eg. SBM) - Handphone number - Email (the one u want us to send information abt outings etc to) We'll get back to you as soon as possible! Do you need a camera? Unfortunately, yes. You need you own camera. It don't have to be a DSLR. A compact camera will do. Even your handphone camera can be used!
Photographers Needed? If you need photographers for your events, you can drop us the Request Event form which is avaliable at Block E Level 4, NYP Photography Club Room. Please inform us at least TWO WEEKS prior to the event so that we have sufficient time to make arrangements. The form will be at the doorstep itself, fill it up and drop into the box. Thank you!
